Shipping Info
Depending on the size of the order we will either individually box, crate or palletize your artwork for shipment via a commercial carrier, typically FedEx. Packaging fees, where applicable, will be determined at the time of shipment based on the size, weight and quantity of the order. For smaller quantities, we will ship within 7-10 business days from the receipt of your order. We typically ship them using FedEx Ground Service. Depending on your location, ground orders take two to five days to arrive. If you have a need for more speed, just give us a call at 1-800-297-9065 Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Arizona time. We have all kinds of options we can use to meet your requirements.
If you would like us to use your own or your client’s shipping account, please let us know. Just call us or fill in the special instructions box on the website order form. For larger orders or for unusually large Giclées, we will custom ship the artwork. In that case, too, give us a call at 1-800-297-9065 and we’ll develop a method that suits your particular needs.
We ship to alternate addresses too. Just specify the address at the time you place your order via the special instructions box or a call to us.
Note: We can’t ship to a PO Box number.
We carefully package all Giclées in containers using materials and methods proven over the years to be robust and reliable, important for helping to prevent damage during transit. In the rare event that you find the package has any obvious exterior damage, please refuse acceptance. If you open the package and see damage to your Giclée, please contact us.
